I arrived very tired and I had only three hours to sleep until the next flight. At the entrance to the hotel, an inspection and they asked me to remove all the electronics from the backpack (and I have a lot of it), I was so tired and 2 hours ago I already took out everything at the airport in Goa and I began to curse for guard. Then the hotel manager came to my aid - he helped me fold all the things, fastened the lightning and reassured me. And also offered me the number of the class above without surcharge! As a result, I spent these three hours in a beautiful room. The staff here is super responsive and caring, I did not expect this! I recommend this hotel! Before entering the airport, international sorties are literally 15 minutes. But from terminal 1 I got to the terminal 2, where the hotel was 45 minutes, as there was a huge line for transfer.

I used to work in hospitality, customer service isnt just about providing excellent service on a day to day level but also understanding the pulse of the customer and supporting customer's vulnerabilities - Sagar the front office manager has been not only amazing in that but so kind and compassionate when he realised I lost my mobile and wallet in UK and landed with just small amounts of cash in India. Until I got the cash in India through friends he not only reassured me all will be ok but additionally made sure I got all the privileges that i will get if I normally would if I had got the cash in hand.. We need people like him in the world to make a difference to people... Well done.

BEWARE: Hotel advised of the place to enter the airport through a special security entrance. All worked ok, checked in, instead of staying at the hotel within the terminal, taken back out of secure area to a different wing, approx 500m. The room seemed to be below part of the airport as you could hear the airport announcements. It also meant you had to be taken the next morning back through airport security again to be able to enter terminal 2. Fortunately security was fairly quiet. Room was absolutely fine apart from airport announcements, staff were good.

The location of this hotel is highly convenient for transit passengers or those awaiting the arrival of their loved ones. I am genuinely pleased with my experience here. However, one aspect that could be improved is the accessibility of the hotel lobby. It would be extremely beneficial if there were a direct passage connecting the lobby to the arrival and departure reception areas. This would allow guests to avoid the congestion of crowded lifts and elevators, thereby enhancing the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

Hotel receptionist Shawez was very helpful. You understood my need for a quiet room and allocated me a room in the central building on ground floor. As a hotelier, I am quite impressed by the staff and their sensitiveness. I’m also happy that the hotel management took my earlier feedback seriously and provided glass bottles in the room. I wish they can also provide glass bottles in the restaurant and make their hotel hundred percent eco-friendly.
